Found out about WizWare through a client of mine. They are extremely knowledgeable, responsive and competitively priced. They come to us physically like when they deliver a computer or they help us online. They even call me to warn me of viruses and alert my system There are a lot of people that bill themselves as computer experts – but the guys at WizWare are the experts . I couldn’t be happier with them.
Using WizWare for any time any hour we can get they are on top of it – if I have to leave a message (unusual) they return my call within 15 minutes. When we have gone down they know about it before we even realized it. They monitor our server even when we are not here. Reasonable fees. Never question their invoices. If anything they are less.
